Summer Recipes to Cool You Off!

Sweet Summer Drink Recipes:
Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. White Rum 2 tsp. Cream of Coconut 2 tsp. Lime Juice 1 tsp. Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Orange Juice 1 tsp. Sugar Syrup Instructions: Mix all in blender with 3 oz. crushed ice until smooth. Pour into collins glass. Add slices of coconut.
Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: .5 oz Blue Curacao 1 oz Lime juice 1.5 oz Tequila Instructions: Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice. Dip rim in coarse salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass.
Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 2 1/4 oz. Light Rum 2 tsp. Creme de Coconut 2 tsp. Lime Juice Club Soda Instructions: Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda. Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes. Fill with chilled club soda. Stir gently. Top with sprigs of mint.
Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 4 sprigs of cilantro 4 mint leaves 1/4 lime 1 peeled and halved kiwi 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tbsp. water 2 oz. rum club soda Instructions: Muddle kiwi, cilantro and mint together. Add rum and ice then fill with club soda. Garnish with lime.
Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 oz. Light Rum 1/2 oz Strawberry Schnapps Juice of 1/2 Lime 1 tsp. Sugar 1 oz. fresh or frozen Strawberries Instructions: Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 whole Watermelon 1 pint Light Rum Instructions: Cut small plug out of side of watermelon. Pour in Rum. Refit hole with plug and tape with strong tape.
