Sweet Summer Drink Recipes:

Old Rose Daiquiri

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 2 Dark rum 1 tsp. sugar Lime juice Strawberry syrup 2 Strawberries Instructions: Pour all ingredients and ice into a blender and blend till ice is crushed. Serve in a daiquiri or martini glass.

Capri

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 3/4 oz white Creme de cacao 3/4 oz Creme de banana 3/4 oz Light cream Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.

Derby

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. Rum 1/2 oz. Cointreau 1 oz. Orange Juice 1/2 oz. Lime Juice Instructions: Blend with 4 oz. cracked ice until smooth. Pour into highball glass.

Gulf Breeze

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 oz Blue Curacao 3 oz Champagne 1/2 oz Light Rum 1/2 oz Brandy 6 oz Lemonade 1 oz Lime Juice 1 cup Ice Instructions: Blend until smooth. Pour into sugar-rimmed glass. Top with a strawberry.

Pina Colada

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 3 oz. Light Rum 3 tbsp. Coconut Milk 3 tbsp. Crushed Pineapple Instructions: Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass. Serve with a straw.

Gin Smash

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. Gin 2 tbsp. Sugar 2-3 springs Fresh Mint Instructions: Muddle mint and sugar with 2 oz. shaved ice. Add Brandy and water. Strain into sour glass. Garnish with fruit.

Rum Coconut Fizz

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 2 1/4 oz. Light Rum 2 tsp. Creme de Coconut 2 tsp. Lime Juice Club Soda Instructions: Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda. Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes. Fill with chilled club soda. Stir gently. Top with sprigs of mint.

Blood Red Sangria

Tweet Sangria Ingredients: 1 bottle red wine (Cheap) 12 oz. club soda 2 oz. cognac 3 tbs. warmed honey 4 sliced figs 1/2 cup red or black grapes, halved 1/2 cup pitted cherries Instructions: Combine the fruit in a large glass bowl, adding the cognac and honey until the honey is dissolved. Banana Colada

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1.0 each sliced Banana .5 oz. Banana Liqueur 8 oz. Pineapple Juice 1 oz. light Rum .5 oz. coconut Rum Directions: Blend, and pour into an exotic glass!

Kiwi – Cilantro Mojito

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 4 sprigs of cilantro 4 mint leaves 1/4 lime 1 peeled and halved kiwi 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tbsp. water 2 oz. rum club soda Instructions: Muddle kiwi, cilantro and mint together. Add rum and ice then fill with club soda. Garnish with lime.

Strawberries & Cream

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 oz. Strawberry Schnapps 1 1/2 tbsp. Sugar 2 oz. Half and Half 2 oz. Whole Strawberries Instructions: Blend with 2 cups crushed ice until smooth. Pour into champagne flute. Garnish with strawberry. Serves two.

Frozen Margarita

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients; 1 1/2 oz. Tequila 1/2 oz. Triple Sec Juice of 1/2 Lemon or Lime Instructions: Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime. Dip glass in salt. Mix ingredients with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

Tropical

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 2 oz. Rum 1/2 oz. Lime Juice 1/4 slice Pineapple 1 dash Grenadine Instructions: Sprinkle sugar on pineapple slice. Beat all ingredients in electric blender. Pour unstrained. Serve with short straw.

Nutty Colada

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 2 oz. Amaretto 1 oz. Gold Rum 1 1/2 oz. Cream of Coconut 2 oz. Pineapple Juice Instructions: Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into collins glass. Garnish with pineapple slice.
