Strawberries & Cream

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 oz. Strawberry Schnapps 1 1/2 tbsp. Sugar 2 oz. Half and Half 2 oz. Whole Strawberries Instructions: Blend with 2 cups crushed ice until smooth. Pour into champagne flute. Garnish with strawberry. Serves two.

Banana Colada

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1.0 each sliced Banana .5 oz. Banana Liqueur 8 oz. Pineapple Juice 1 oz. light Rum .5 oz. coconut Rum Directions: Blend, and pour into an exotic glass!

Strawberry Daiquiri

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 oz. Light Rum 1/2 oz Strawberry Schnapps Juice of 1/2 Lime 1 tsp. Sugar 1 oz. fresh or frozen Strawberries Instructions: Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

Apple Daiquiri

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 0.5 oz. Apple Juice 0.5 oz. Lime juice 1.5 oz. Light Rum 0.5 tsp. superfine Sugar Directions: Fill a mixing glass with 4 oz. of shaved ice and add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.

Kiwi – Cilantro Mojito

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 4 sprigs of cilantro 4 mint leaves 1/4 lime 1 peeled and halved kiwi 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tbsp. water 2 oz. rum club soda Instructions: Muddle kiwi, cilantro and mint together. Add rum and ice then fill with club soda. Garnish with lime.


Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 2 oz. Rum 1/2 oz. Lime Juice 1/4 slice Pineapple 1 dash Grenadine Instructions: Sprinkle sugar on pineapple slice. Beat all ingredients in electric blender. Pour unstrained. Serve with short straw.

Watermelon Cooler

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz. Light Rum 2 tsp. Lime Juice 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar Syrup 4 oz. Watermelon (seeded) Instructions: Mix in blender with 4 oz. crushed ice until smooth. Pour into collins glass. Garnish with lime slice.

Gulf Breeze

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 oz Blue Curacao 3 oz Champagne 1/2 oz Light Rum 1/2 oz Brandy 6 oz Lemonade 1 oz Lime Juice 1 cup Ice Instructions: Blend until smooth. Pour into sugar-rimmed glass. Top with a strawberry.
