Sweet Summer Drink Recipes:

Blue Margarita

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: .5 oz Blue Curacao 1 oz Lime juice 1.5 oz Tequila Instructions: Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice. Dip rim in coarse salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass.

Isle of Coconut

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. White Rum 2 tsp. Cream of Coconut 2 tsp. Lime Juice 1 tsp. Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Orange Juice 1 tsp. Sugar Syrup Instructions: Mix all in blender with 3 oz. crushed ice until smooth. Pour into collins glass. Add slices of coconut.

Kiwi – Cilantro Mojito

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 4 sprigs of cilantro 4 mint leaves 1/4 lime 1 peeled and halved kiwi 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tbsp. water 2 oz. rum club soda Instructions: Muddle kiwi, cilantro and mint together. Add rum and ice then fill with club soda. Garnish with lime.

Nutty Colada

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 2 oz. Amaretto 1 oz. Gold Rum 1 1/2 oz. Cream of Coconut 2 oz. Pineapple Juice Instructions: Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into collins glass. Garnish with pineapple slice.

Caribbean Summer

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 part 99 Bananas 1 part Malibu Coconut Rum 1 part Pineapple Juice Instructions: Mix the ingredients in a shot glass. Chill the shot then drink

Capri

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 3/4 oz white Creme de cacao 3/4 oz Creme de banana 3/4 oz Light cream Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.

Pineapple Mint Cooler

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 2 oz. Gin 2 tsp. White Creme de Menthe 1 oz. Lemon Juice 3 oz. Pineapple Juice Club Soda Instructions: Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda. Strain into collins glass filled with ice. Add club soda. Garnish with pineapple stick.

Rum Coconut Fizz

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 2 1/4 oz. Light Rum 2 tsp. Creme de Coconut 2 tsp. Lime Juice Club Soda Instructions: Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda. Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes. Fill with chilled club soda. Stir gently. Top with sprigs of mint.

Banana Colada

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1.0 each sliced Banana .5 oz. Banana Liqueur 8 oz. Pineapple Juice 1 oz. light Rum .5 oz. coconut Rum Directions: Blend, and pour into an exotic glass!

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. Rum 1/2 oz. Cointreau 1 oz. Orange Juice 1/2 oz. Lime Juice Instructions: Blend with 4 oz. cracked ice until smooth. Pour into highball glass.

Gulf Breeze

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 oz Blue Curacao 3 oz Champagne 1/2 oz Light Rum 1/2 oz Brandy 6 oz Lemonade 1 oz Lime Juice 1 cup Ice Instructions: Blend until smooth. Pour into sugar-rimmed glass. Top with a strawberry.

Whiskey Smash

Tweet Cocktail Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. Whiskey 2 tsp. Sugar 2-3 springs Fresh Mint Instructions: Muddle mint and sugar with 2 oz. shaved ice. Add Whiskey and strain into sour glass. Garnish with fruit.
