Beer & Cilantro

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Anejo tequila
1 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
Fresh cilantro
1 bottle Mexican beer

Instructions:
In a tall glass muddle cilantro, lime and simple syrup. Mix all ingredients except the beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in glass and top with beer.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 qt. Ale or Beer
4 oz. Rum
3 oz. Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions:
Warm ale or beer over low heat.
In a seperate bowl mix the other ingredients and beat well.
Add ale or beer slowly to the mixture stirring constantly.
Pour into warmed mugs when mixture is creamy.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
4 oz. Cold Beer
2 oz. Sour Mix
1 dash Grenadine

Instructions:
Mix ingredents in highball glass.
Stir well.

Shandy

Cocktail Ingredients:
Beer (lager or ale)
Ginger ale

Instructions:
Mix equal parts cold beer and ginger ale into beer mug or pilsner glass.

Orbit & Go Naked

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. 190 proof Grain Alcohol
4 oz. Cold Beer
2 oz. Sour Mix
1 dash Grenadine

Instructions:
Mix ingredents in highball glass.
Stir well.

Mexican Sunset

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
1 bottle of Beer

Instructions:
Drink a sip of the beer then add the Sloe Gin.
Garnish with a slice of lime

Bloody Brew

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
4 oz. Beer
4 oz. Tomato Juice
Dash Tabasco
Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
Pickle, Green Bean, or Celery Spear and Lemon Wedge to Garnish

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 gallon Beer
8 oz. Honey
few pinches Pepper, Cloves,
Ginger

Instructions:
Combine Beer and honey in saucepan and heat until honey is dissolved.
Place spices in infuser and steep them in beer overnight.
Serve hot in beer mugs.

Dr. Pepper

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. 151 proof Rum
1/2 oz. Amaretto
Cold Beer

Instructions:
Pour Rum and Amaretto into a shot glass.
Fill mug 3/4 full with beer.
Drop shot glass into beer and chug.

1 oz. Galliano
1 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. Club Soda
1 oz. Cola
