Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Campari
3/4 oz. Sweet or Dry Vermouth
Instructions:
Stir with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Add optional splash of carbonated water.
Garnish with twist of lemon peel.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Soda water
lemon twist or orange slice for garnish
Directions:
In an old fashioned glass filled with ice, build with Campari and vermouth, top with soda and garnish with lemon twist or orange slice.
