Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Port
2 dashes Orange Bitters

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in an old fashioned glass filled with ice and stir.

Sherry Wine Sangaree

Cocktail Ingredients:
4 oz. Sherry Wine
2/3 glass Shaved Ice
1 tsp. Sugar
dash Port

Instructions:
Stir well all but Port.
Add dash of Port on top.

Port Wine Sangaree

Cocktail Ingredients:
|4 oz. Port Wine
2/3 glass Shaved Ice
1 tsp. Sugar

Instructions:
Stir well all but Port.
Add dash of Port on top.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Port Wine Flip

Cocktail Ingredients:
4 oz. Port
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 beaten Egg

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into sour glass.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Port Eggnog

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 fifth Port
8 Eggs
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 quart Milk
1/2 pound Sugar

Instructions:
Beat yolks and whites of eggs separately.
Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Port.
Beat mixture.
Add cream and milk.
Mix.
Chill well.
Serve with a light sprinkling of nutmeg.

Port Cobbler

Cocktail Ingredients:
6 oz. Port
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 oz. Carbonated Water

Instructions:
Fill 10 oz. goblet (large wine glass) with shaved ice.
Add ingredients and stir.
Dress with assorted fruits and berries and add straw.

Pink Whiskers

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Apricot Brandy
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Grenadine
3 dashes White Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Port

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into an old fashioned glass.

Peach Sangaree

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Peach Brandy
dash Port
1/4 glass Shaved Ice
1 1/2 oz. Water
1 tsp. Sugar

Instructions:
Stir well all but Port.
Add dash of Port on top.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top

Montana

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
2 tsp. Dry Vermouth
2 tsp. Port

Intructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Japanese Fizz

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Blended Whiskey
3/4 oz. Port
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
Club Soda

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda.
Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes.
Fill with chilled club soda.
Stir gently.
