Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/3 oz. Cream Sherry
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Sweet  Sherry
2 oz Bourbon
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Splash of fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Combine all in a mixing glass with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Cocktail Ingredients:
½ oz Sherry
1 oz Tequila
2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Grand Marnier
Splash of Orange Juice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cheery orange slice.
