Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Irish Whiskey
3 lime wedges
3 oz. Ginger Beer
Instructions:

2 oz white cranberry juice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a fresh apple slice.

1/2 oz. dark creme de cocoa
1 oz. amaretto

Instructions:
Pour all of the alcohol in a mug and top with hot chocolate. Add whipped cream to the top and garnish with the Hershey’s Kiss

2 Dark rum
1 tsp. sugar

Instructions:
Pour all ingredients and ice into a blender and blend till ice is crushed. Serve in a daiquiri or martini glass.

Mix ingredients together in tall glass coffee cup, top with whipped cream.

Instructions:
Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice & pour into a salted martini glass. Garnish with chopped cranberries & a sliver of crystalized ginger.
Cocktail Ingredients:
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (14 ounce) can cream of coconut
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup white rum
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a double boiler, combine egg yolks and evaporated milk. Stirring constantly, cook over lightly simmering water until mixture reaches a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). The mixture should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Transfer mixture to a blender, and add cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, water, cloves, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into glass bottles, and chill overnight.
Cocktail Ingredients:
2 ounces bourbon
2 ounces cranberry juice
1/4 tsp agave nectar
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Add bourbon, cranberry and agave in a rocks glass and stir gently to mix and chill. Top off with ginger ale and garnish with a lime wedge.
A great holiday twist on an old favorite!
Cocktail Ingredients:
2 ounces rye whiskey
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 Tbl spoon of Cranberry sauce
club soda
Instructions:
Place the sugar cube in a Boston mixing glass. ADD 2 or 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, rye and cranberry sauce. Shake well to mash the cranberry sauce, pour into an old-fashion glass and top off with club soda. Garnish with an orange slice or cherries.
A great classic perfect for the holidays!

1 oz. orange juice
2 barspoons cranberry sauce
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist.
