Bloody Brew

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
4 oz. Beer
4 oz. Tomato Juice
Dash Tabasco
Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
Pickle, Green Bean, or Celery Spear and Lemon Wedge to Garnish

Vampire Blood

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Raspberry Vodka
4 fresh raspberries
1 oz. black plum puree
3 fresh lime wedges
¼ oz. simple syrup

Instructions:
Muddle fresh raspberry, lime wedges, plum
puree and simple syrup in pint glass with ice. Add SKYY Infusions
Raspberry and shake vigorously. Strain into a gold rimmed coupe
glass. Garnish with lime and raspberry.

Witch’s Brew

Punch Ingredients:
2 Bottles of Champagne
1 Gallon Orange Juice
1/2 Gallon Orange Sherbert
1 Bunch peeled Black Grapes
Sugar
1 2 ltr Lemon-Lime Soda
1/2 Bottle Vodka
Dry Ice

Instructions:
Combine Champagne and orange juice in large punch bowl. Scoop sherbert into bowl until it has produced a nice film over the top. Sugar to taste. Float peeled grapes in mixture, and garnish bowl with the rest of the grapes. Drop in pieces of dry ice for steaming effect.

White Witch

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Light Rum
2 tsp. White Creme de Cacao
2 tsp. Cointreau or Triple Sec
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Club Soda

Instructions:
Combine liqueurs with cracked ice.
Shake well and strain into collins glass.
Add lime juice and ice.
Fill with club soda.
Garnish with sprigs of mint.

Blood Red Sangria

Sangria Ingredients:
1 bottle red wine (Cheap)
12 oz. club soda
2 oz. cognac
3 tbs. warmed honey
4 sliced figs
1/2 cup red or black grapes, halved
1/2 cup pitted cherries

Instructions:
Combine the fruit in a large glass bowl, adding the cognac and honey until the honey is dissolved. Pour in the wine and stir gently. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours and as long as over night. When ready to serve, add the club soda and stir gently.

Black Widow

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Dark Grape Juice
1 teaspoon of raw sugar
4 slices of fresh ginger
4 blackberries
2 blackberries to garnish

Instructions:
In a mixing glass, muddle together blackberries, ginger and sugar, add Vodka and dark grape juice. Fill with ice, shake well, and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with 2 blackberries.

Black Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 bottle Vodka
2 packets Grape Kool Aide
3 Quarts Water
2 Cups Sugar
1 Liter Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Make Kool Aide according to instuctions using the water, sugar and Kool Aide in a large punch bowl. After sugar is disolved, add a block of ice or dry ice. Then, mix in the Vodka. Finally, when ready to serve add the Giger Ale.

Bewitched

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. B & B Liqueur
1/2 oz. Cream

Instructions”
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently and strain into a large shot glass or cordial glass.

Apple Cider Sparkle

Punch Ingredients:
6 cups apple cider
2 cups cranberry/raspberry juice
1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine
1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions:
In punch bowl combine apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice. When ready to serve, add champagne. Chill with large ice blocks. Makes about about 15 servings of 6 ounces each.

Goblin Collins

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Creme de Noyaux
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Pineapple Juice
Club Soda
Ice

Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes. Fill with club soda. Top with a slice of lemon and a pineapple slice.
