Cocktail Ingredients:

4 oz. Pineapple Juice
splash of Cranberry Juice
Instructions:

As the year comes to an end and a new year begins it's time to drink with friends. Find these great cocktail/drink recipes to ring in the New Year below and share in the thanks with your friends and loved ones.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Wildberry schnapps
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
splash of Cranberry Juice
Instructions:
Fill highball glass with ice.
Add ingredients and stir.
Cocktail Ingredients:
1 fifth Whiskey
3 oz. Rum
8 Eggs
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 quart Milk
1/2 pound Sugar
Instructions:
Beat yolks and whites of eggs separately.
Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Rum and Whiskey.
Beat mixture.
Add cream and milk.
Mix.
Chill well.
Serve with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 tsp. Sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Club Soda
Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda.
Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes.
Fill with chilled club soda.
Stir gently.
Punch Ingredients:
1 bottle Champagne
2 bottles Soda Water
1 1/2 oz. Curacoa
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 slice Pineapple (finely sliced)
Instructions:
Mix together in small punch bowl.
Serves 5.

1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1 tsp. Sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but ginger ale.
Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes.
Fill with chilled ginger ale.
Stir gently.
Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Rye
6 oz. Water or Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Pour over 1 ice cube into highball glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.
Cocktail Ingredients:
4 oz. Champagne
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Instructions:
Pour Champagne into glass and add cranberry juice.
Punch Ingredients:
4 bottles Champagne
1 pint Rum
1 pint Brandy
4 oz. Curacao
juice of 4 Lemons
4 Sliced Pineapples
1 pound Sugar
Instructions:
Place pineapples and sugar into punch bowl.
Let stand until the sugar has soaked into the pineapple.
Add all except champagne with some ice cubes and let stand for an hour.
Place large block of ice in center and add champagne.
Ornament with fruit.
Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Kahlua
3/4 oz. Creme de Cacao
Hot Espresso
Milk
Instructions:
Pour cup half full with hot espresso.
Add Kahlua and Creme de Cacao.
Top with milk and stir lightly.
Grate chocolate and cinnamon on top.
Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Bourbon
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
Instructions:
Mix ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice and stir.
