Caribbean Summer

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 part 99 Bananas
1 part Malibu Coconut Rum
1 part Pineapple Juice

Instructions:
Mix the ingredients in a shot glass.
Chill the shot then drink

Capri

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz white Creme de cacao
3/4 oz Creme de banana
3/4 oz Light cream

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.

Blue Margarita

Cocktail Ingredients:
.5 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Tequila

Instructions:
Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice.
Dip rim in coarse salt.
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass.

Banana Colada

Cocktail Ingredients:
1.0 each sliced Banana
.5 oz. Banana Liqueur
8 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. light Rum
.5 oz. coconut Rum

Directions:
Blend, and pour into an exotic glass!

Apple Daiquiri

Cocktail Ingredients:
0.5 oz. Apple Juice
0.5 oz. Lime juice
1.5 oz. Light Rum
0.5 tsp. superfine Sugar

Directions:
Fill a mixing glass with 4 oz. of shaved ice and add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.

Cuban Ginger

I’m a big bourbon and ginger ale fan and never really thought rum and ginger ale would go together, boy was I wrong! A simple cocktail to enjoy.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz apple liqueur
2 oz dark rum
ginger ale

Directions:
In a tall glass (mojito glass) add ice cubes, apple liqueur, rum and top off with ginger all. Stir.

Culto A La Vida

Rum and cranberry, how can you go wrong on a hot day?

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz dark rum
Juice of half a lime
Cranberry juice
sugar

Directions:
In a tall drinking class (mojito glass) dissolve spoonful of sugar in lime juice. Add ice cubes and rum. Top of with cranberry juice and garnish with a lime wheel.

Seven Sinful Years

A distinguished daiquiri with a little bite. Make with a nice dark rum, I prefer El Dorado 15yr.

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz dark rum
2 thin slices of ginger
1 oz light rum
1 oz dry orange curacao
Juice of half a lime
Dash of Angostura bitters

Directions:
In a Boston shaker buddle ginger with a dash of sugar water. Add all ingredients and shake well until frost forms on the glass. Strain into a pre-chilled Daiquiri glass and garnish with a slice of crystalized ginger and a lime wheel.

Daiquiri

Mmmmm… Perfecto for a hot summer day! This is the traditional Daiquiri, no blenders required for the mixing of the drink but it does require the perfect ice, crushed. Feel free to add flavors to it as it will easily soak them up.

Cocktail Ingredients:
2oz light rum
1 spoonful of sugar
The juice of half a lime
A dash of maraschino juice

Directions:
Add crushed ice to mixing cup, shake well until front forms on the outside. Pour in a martini glass and garnish with a cherry and/or lime and kick back, relax and enjoy!

Sazerac

Great for summer and winter. One of the oldest cocktails, this one is always best served chilled chilled glass, not on the rocks.

Cocktail Ingredients:
2oz Rye, do not use bourbon
1/4 oz simple syrup
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
Splash of water

Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice and stir contents until chilled. Do NOT shake. Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Twist lemon peel for oils and discard. Serve and enjoy!
