Irish Monkey

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur

Instructions:
In a shot glass add the Banana Liquer and then the Irish Cream.

Irish Coffee

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
Black Coffee
Whipped Cream

Instructions:
Pour whiskey into coffee cup.
Add sugar and fill with hot, black coffee.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Float whipped cream on top, do not stir.
Add straw if desired.

Hot Toddy

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Bourbon
4 oz. Boiling Water
1 tsp. Sugar
3 Cloves
Cinnamon Stick
1 Lemon Slice

Instructions:
Place sugar, cinnamon, lemon slice into coffee cup.
Add 1 oz. boiling water and stir.
Let stand for a couple of minutes.
Add bourbon and rest of boiling water.
Stir well and sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Hot Moon Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Scotch
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 tsp Benedictine

Instructions:
IceStir with ice and strain into a glass. Top with a wedge of lemon.

Hot Minty Kiss

Cocktail Ingredients:
6 oz Hot Coffee
1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe
1 oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao

Instructions:
Pour the alcohol into a mug. Add coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream and a mini peppermint patty, a wedge of a full sized peppermint patty, or a chocolate mint.

Hot Milk

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Brandy
1 tsp. Sugar
Hot Milk

Instructions:
Combine all in coffee cup.
Stir well.
Top with nutmeg.

Hot Cinnamon Apple

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
Hot Apple Cider

Instructions:
Pour schnapps into a mug. Add hot cider until full. Top with whipped cream and add a cinnamon stick for a stirrer. Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon over the whipped cream and add a cherry.

Hot Buttered Wine

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 cup Muscatel
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp Butter
2 tsp Maple Syrup

Instructions:
In a sauce pan, heat wine and water to simmering. Do not bring to a boil. Preheat a mug with boiling water. Pour heated wine mixture into glass. Add butter and maple syrup. Stir and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.

Hot Buttered Rum

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Rum
1 tsp. Sugar
1 pat of Butter
2 Cloves
Boiling Water

Instructions:
Place sugar, Rum, and cloves in coffee cup or mug.
Fill with boiling water.
Add pat of butter and stir.

Hot Brandy Flip

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 beaten Egg
Hot Milk

Instructions:
Beat egg, sugar and Brandy.
Pour into coffee mug and fill with hot milk.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
