Bloody Rum Punch

This is a take on a traditional Sangria but the darkness gives it the perfect blood color making it a Halloween party must. As with most Sangria’s, prepare this a couple of hours in advance to allow all of the ingredients and flavors to come together nicely. Feel free to decorate it to make it spooky!

Punch Ingredients:
1 750ml bottle of rum
1/2 bottle red wine
6 oz. fresh lime juice
6 oz. triple sec liqueur
6 oz. simple syrup
2 limes sliced in thin wheels
2 red oranges sliced in thin wheels

Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a large punch bowl & place in the refrigerator two hours before serving. Serve over ice in a punch glass.

Whiskey Eggnog (punch)

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 fifth Whiskey
3 oz. Rum
8 Eggs
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 quart Milk
1/2 pound Sugar

Instructions:
Beat yolks and whites of eggs separately.
Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Rum and Whiskey.
Beat mixture.
Add cream and milk.
Mix.
Chill well.
Serve with a sprinkling of nutmeg.

West Indian Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1/2 gallon Light Rum
1 bottle Creme de Banana
32 oz. Pineapple Juice
32 oz. Orange Juice
32 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Grated Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Grated Cloves
6 oz. Carbonated Water

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar and spices in carbonated water.
Pour into punch bowl over ice.
Add other ingredients.
Stir.
Add sliced bananas.

Tip Top Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 bottle Champagne
2 bottles Soda Water
1 1/2 oz. Curacoa
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 slice Pineapple (finely sliced)

Instructions:
Mix together in small punch bowl.
Serves 5.

Tea Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 bottle Vodka
1 1/2 quarts Hot Tea
12 oz. Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
8 oz. Frozen Orange Concentrate
Strawberries

Instructions:
Combine frozen fruit juices and hot tea.
Allow to cool then add vodka and strawberries.
Stir well adding chunks of ice.

Sunset Punch

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 bottle White Wine
4 oz. Brandy
2 oz. Sugar
1 pint Club Soda
sliced Pears, Apples and Oranges

Instructions:
Combine Wine and sugar with fruit and allow to stand for at least 2 hours.
Add Brandy, soda and chunks of ice right before serving.
Stir well.

Strawberry Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 bottle Rum
8 quarts Strawberries
1 pound Sugar
1 1/2 gallons Tea

Instructions:
Combine strawberries with sugar in large punch bowl and refrigerate for 2 days.
Strain and combine with Rum.
Right before serving add tea and chunks of ice.

Sherry Eggnog (punch)

Punch Ingredients:
1 fifth Sherry
8 Eggs
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 quart Milk
1/2 pound Sugar

Instructions:

Beat mixture.
Add cream and milk.

Serve with a light sprinkling of nutmeg

Royal Punch

Punch Ingredients:
2 bottles Red Wine
2 bottles Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Mix Wine and ginger ale in punch bowl with ice.
Float lemon and lime slices on top.

Red Punch

Punch Ingredients:
3 bottles Chilled Red Wine
4 1/2 oz. Amaretto
4 1/2 oz. Brandy
4 1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
16 oz. Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Pour all but ginger ale over block of ice into punch bowl.
Refrigerate for one hour.
Right before serving add ginger ale and stir.
Garnish with toasted almonds.
