Sazerac

Great for summer and winter. One of the oldest cocktails, this one is always best served chilled chilled glass, not on the rocks.

Cocktail Ingredients:
2oz Rye, do not use bourbon
1/4 oz simple syrup
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
Splash of water

Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice and stir contents until chilled. Do NOT shake. Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Twist lemon peel for oils and discard. Serve and enjoy!
