Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Anisette
1 oz. Lime Juice
Chilled Champagne

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but Champagne.
Strain into collins glass filled with ice.
Fill with Champagne.

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Sherry
1/2 oz. anisette
3-4 dashes Maraschino Liqueur
3-4 dashes Bitters

Instructions:
Stir well with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

1 tbsp. Light Cream

3/4 oz. Brandy
3/4 oz. Curacao
3/4 oz. anisette
1 egg yolk

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Narragansett

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
dash Anisette

Instructions:
Fill old fashioned glass with ice.
Add all and stir.
Garnish with lemon twist.

London Fog

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. White creme de menthe
1/2 oz. anisette
1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a blender and pour into a chilled parfait glass.

Linseed Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Blended Whiskey
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp Anisette
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with a wedge of pineapple.
