Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Cognac
1 tsp. Vodka
2 tsp. Anisette
2 tsp. Triple Sec

Instructions:
Shake well with crushed ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Ouzo
3/4 oz. Anisette

Instructions:
Mix and drink.

Dream Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 tsp. Anisette

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Cafe Zurich

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Anisette
1 1/2 oz. Cognac
1/2 oz. Amaretto
Hot Coffee

Instructions:
1 tsp Honey Espresso Pour liqueurs into coffee cup.
Add coffee.
Stir well.
Float honey on top.
Stir again.
Top with whipped cream.

Butros Butros Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/4 tsp Anisette
1/2 tsp Triple Sec
Ice

Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass.

Blarney Stone Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 tsp Anisette
1/2 tsp Triple Sec
1/4 tsp Maraschino liqueur
1 dash Bitters

Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with an olive.

Baltimore Bracer

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz.Brandy
1 oz. Anisette
1 Egg White (for two drinks)

Directions:
Mix everthing in a shacker with some cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ascot

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz.Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 tsp. Anisette
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1 Lemon Peel

Instructions:
Mix everything except for the Lemon Peel in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with orange slice.
