1 1/2 Vodka
5 oz. Sparkling Apple Cider
1 Pinch Cinnamon
Directions:
Cold: Add the vodka into a highball glass with ice, add the apple cider and the pinch of cinnamon.
Hot: Heat the cider in a sauce pan over a low flame, don’t bring to broil, pour into a mug, stir, add the vodka and cinnamon.

0.5 tsp. superfine Sugar
Directions:
Fill a mixing glass with 4 oz. of shaved ice and add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.

1 oz. Half and Half Cream
Directions:
Blend with 2 cups of ice at high speed until smooth and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with an apple slice and a cherry.
