Shooter Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Irish Cream
3/4 oz, Kahlua
Whipped Cream

Instructions:
Layer Irish Cream and Kahlua in a shot glass, top with whipped cream. The shot must be done without using your hands.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 tsp. Irish Cream
2 drops Grenadine

Instructions:
Pour the Peach Schnapps into a large shot glass. Slowly add the Bailey’s, it will start to curdle and top with the grenadine.

Bloody Brew

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
4 oz. Beer
4 oz. Tomato Juice
Dash Tabasco
Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
Pickle, Green Bean, or Celery Spear and Lemon Wedge to Garnish

Blood Red Sangria

Sangria Ingredients:
1 bottle red wine (Cheap)
12 oz. club soda
2 oz. cognac
3 tbs. warmed honey
4 sliced figs
1/2 cup red or black grapes, halved
1/2 cup pitted cherries

Instructions:
Combine the fruit in a large glass bowl, adding the cognac and honey until the honey is dissolved. Pour in the wine and stir gently. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours and as long as over night. When ready to serve, add the club soda and stir gently.

Black Widow

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Dark Grape Juice
1 teaspoon of raw sugar
4 slices of fresh ginger
4 blackberries
2 blackberries to garnish

Instructions:
In a mixing glass, muddle together blackberries, ginger and sugar, add Vodka and dark grape juice. Fill with ice, shake well, and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with 2 blackberries.

Black Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 bottle Vodka
2 packets Grape Kool Aide
3 Quarts Water
2 Cups Sugar
1 Liter Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Make Kool Aide according to instuctions using the water, sugar and Kool Aide in a large punch bowl. After sugar is disolved, add a block of ice or dry ice. Then, mix in the Vodka. Finally, when ready to serve add the Giger Ale.

Bewitched

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. B & B Liqueur
1/2 oz. Cream

Instructions”
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently and strain into a large shot glass or cordial glass.

Berry Patch

Drink Ingredients:
2 Oz. Blueberries
2 Oz. Raspberries
2 Oz. Strawberries
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 Cup Milk

Instructions:
In a blender, combine 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream with 2 oz. of blueberries and 2 oz. rasberries and 2 oz. strawberries and 1/2 cup milk. Blend and strain into a glass. Sprinkle with fresh berries.

Butros Butros Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/4 tsp Anisette
1/2 tsp Triple Sec
Ice

Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass.

Burnt Embers

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces rum
1/2 ounce apricot brandy
1 ounce pineapple juice

Instructions:
In a shaker half filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
