Burgundy Bishop

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Light Rum
Red Wine
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered Sugar

Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass half filled with ice cubes. Fill with red wine and stir gently. Top with an orange wedge and a cherry.

Bull Rider

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1 oz Coffee Liqueur

Instructions:
Pour into a glass half full of ice cubes and stir. Top with a twist of lemon.

Buddha Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 pt. Rhine Wine
1 cup Light Rum
1 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/2 cup Cointreau
1/2 oz. Kirshwasser
1 oz. Sugar syrup
1 750-ml. Champagne
Lime Slices

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a chilled punch bowl, with a block of ice. Add champagne before serving. Garnish with lime slices.

Brown Russian

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 parts Godiva Liqueur
4 parts Vodka

Instructions:
Pour into chilled old fashioned glass over ice cubes.
Stir.

Brown Cow

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 splash Lime Juice
Fill glass with Chocolate Milk

Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together and serve.

Brighton Rocks

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/4 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Brandy
3/4 oz Benedictine
Juice of 1/2 Orange
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Club Soda
2 cups ice

Instructions:
Shake with ice and pour into glass nearly filled with heavily crushed ice. Then fill with club soda and stir gently. Top with orange and lemon wedges. Serve with a straw.

Brave Bull

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. White Tequila
3/4 oz. Kahlua
Lemon Peel

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients, except lemon peel, with ice in a shaker and pour into an old fashioned glass. Twist lemon peel over drink and drop in glass.

Brantini

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Brandy
1 oz Gin
1 dash Dry Vermouth
Cracked Ice

Instructions:
Shake with cracked ice and strain into a glass with ice cubes. Top with a twist of lemon peel.

Brandy Alexander

Drink Ingredients:
.5 oz Brandy
2 oz Whipping Cream or Ice Cream
.5 oz White Creme de Cacao
.5 cup crushed ice
1 dashes Nutmeg

Instructions:
Fill a mixing glass with ice.Add creme de cacao, brandy, and cream.
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Bourbon Peach Cobbler

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
Ice

Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a mixing glass, pour over ice into a glass. Add a peach wedge on top.
