Bourbonilla

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Brown Creme de Cacao
2 Vanilla Beans or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice

Instructions:
Put everything in a glass and refrigerate for at least one hour. Shake well, remove beans, and serve straight up.

Bombey Punch

Punch Ingredients:
Juice from a dozen Lemons
Sugar
1 750-ml. bottle of Cognac
1 750-ml. bottle of Dry Sherry
1/2 cup Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 cup Curacao
4 750-ml. bottles of Champagne
2 l. Club soda

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a chilled punch bowl with a block of ice, adding champagne and club soda before serving.

Bolero

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
3/4 oz Apple Brandy
1/4 tsp Sweet Vermouth
Ice

Instructions:
Stir well with cracked ice. Strain into a glass half filled with ice cubes.

Boilermaker

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey
12 oz Beer

Instructions:
Add the whiskey to the Beer.

Blue Marlin

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 shot blue curacao
1 shot light rum
4 oz lemon-lime mix

Instructions:
Named for the Marlin Hotel, this drink is “shaken wildly” with ice and strained into a chilled martini glass.

Blue Paradise

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 ounce Vodka
1/2 ounce Blue Curacao
1 ounce Gancia (Argentine Liqueur)
Lemon juice
Sugar
Sprite

Instructions:
Mix all, shake and strain

Blue Margarita

Cocktail Ingredients:
.5 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Tequila

Instructions:
Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice.
Dip rim in coarse salt.
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass.

Blue Hawaiian

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz blue curacao
1/2 oz creme de coconut
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Instructions:
Mix in blender with ice.
Pour and Drink up!

Blue Angel

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 oz. Creme de Violette
1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Cream

Instructions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Bloody Mary

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
2 oz Tomato Juice
1 dash Lemon Juice
1 dash Tabasco Sauce
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1 dash Celery Salt

Instructions:
Shake with ice. Strain into a glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes. Top with a lemon wedge.
