Limbo

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 oz. Orange Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Kokomo Joe

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Banana Liqueur
5 oz Orange Juice
3 oz Pina Colada Mix
1/2 Banana
1 cup Ice
1 paper umbrella

Instructions:
Blend until smooth. Top with an orange slice, cherry, and a slice of banana on a little paper umbrella and stick that in the drink.

Jungle Jim

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 oz. Cream

Instructions:
Shake well with ice.
Strain into an old fashioned glass.

June Bug

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 shot Banana Liqueur
1 shot Melon Liqueur
1 shot Coconut Rum
1 shot Maraschino Cherry Juice
1 shot Sweet & Sour Mix
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 Maraschino Cherry

Instructions:
Mix all in glass on ice and serve

Jamaican Banana

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz. Half and Half
1 Whole Banana

Instructions:
Blend until smooth and pour into brandy snifter.
Garnish with strawberries, banana slices and nutmeg.

Irish Monkey

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur

Instructions:
In a shot glass add the Banana Liquer and then the Irish Cream.

Fruit Splash

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
1/3 cup Cherry-flavored Brandy
1/3 cup Creme de Banana

Instructions:
Blend until smooth.

Frozen Apple & Banana

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
2 tsp. Lime Juice

Instructions:
Mix with 3 oz. ice in electric blender until smooth.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

Dutch Velvet

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz. Chocolate Mint Liqueur
2 oz. Cream

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with shave chocolate.

Dreaming Monkey

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Creme de Banane
1/2 oz Brown Creme de Cacao
1 Banana, cut in half
2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz Light Cream

Instructions:
Blend ingredients, using only 1/2 of the banana, until smooth. Top with whipped cream and the remaining 1/2 of the banana.
