Guillotine

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Benedictine
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Frisco Sour

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Blended Whiskey
3/4 oz. Benedictine
1 tsp. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into sour glass.
Garnish with orange slice.

Christmas Punch

Punch Ingredients:
2 bottles Champagne
1 fifth Rum
1 fifth Whiskey
1 fifth Brandy
1/2 bottle Benedictine
1 quart Cold Tea
1 quart Orange Juice
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 tblsp. Angostura Bitters
1 Pineapple (sliced)

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in fruit juices in punch bowl.
Add all other ingredients except Champagne.
Mix well.
Add block of ice.
Just before serving add chilled Champagne and stir gently.

Brighton Rocks

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/4 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Brandy
3/4 oz Benedictine
Juice of 1/2 Orange
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Club Soda
2 cups ice

Instructions:
Shake with ice and pour into glass nearly filled with heavily crushed ice. Then fill with club soda and stir gently. Top with orange and lemon wedges. Serve with a straw.

Barracuda

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Benedictine
1 oz. Gin
2 oz. Grapefruit juice

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.

Acacia

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Benedictine
1 dash Kirsch
1/2 oz. lemon juice

Directions:
Mix ingredients with cracked ice in cocktail shaker, strain into a chilled lowball glass.
