Roman Frullati

Cocktail Ingredients:
3 oz. Gin
2 oz. Diced Apples
2 oz. Dices Pears
2 oz. Sliced Peaches
1 oz. Maraschino
1 oz. Almond Extract

Instructions:
Blend all with 4 oz. crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into collins glass.

Road Runner

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Coconut Cream

Instructions:
Mix in blender with 1/2 cup crushed ice until smooth.
Run slice of orange around rim of champagne flute.
Dip in sugar and nutmeg mixture.
Pour into champagne flute.
Top with nutmeg.

Red Rita

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Red Curacao
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Moisten rim of cocktail glass with lemon rind and dip into salt.
Shake ingredients well with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass.
You may also use a blender for a frozen version.

Raspberry Margarita

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 ounces Tequila
1 ounce Raspberry liquor
1 ounce Lime Juice
2 ounce Sweet and Sour mix

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in Margarita glass or use blender for frozen version. Moisten rim of glass and coat with sugar.

Pirate’s Spyglass

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Spiced Rum
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 tbls. Honey
dash of Milk (optional)

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. (Add milk for thinner drink)

Pina Colada

Cocktail Ingredients:
3 oz. Light Rum
3 tbsp. Coconut Milk
3 tbsp. Crushed Pineapple

Instructions:
Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.
Serve with a straw.

Panda Bear

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
1/4 oz Chocolate Syrup
2-3 dashes Vanilla Extract
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions:
Fill a Blender with all the ingredients.
Blend on low speed until smooth.
Pour into a brandy snifter.

Nutty Colada

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Gold Rum
1 1/2 oz. Cream of Coconut
2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Instructions:
Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency.
Pour unstrained into collins glass.
Garnish with pineapple slice.

Margarita

A few drinks are so popular that they have a special glass named after them; this is one. Served on the rocks or frozen the salted rim always makes it stand apart.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Rub rim of a margarita glass with rind of lime or lemon.
Dip rim in salt.
Strain into margarita glass.

Kappa Colada

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Syrup

Instructions:
Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.
Serve with a straw.
