Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1 tsp. Sugar
Milk

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in bourbon on bottom of collins glass.
Fill with ice and add milk.
Stir gently and garnish with nutmeg.

Turkey Shooter

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Bourbon
1/4 oz. White Creme de Menthe

Instructions:
Pour bourbon into a brandy snifter.
Float Creme de Menthe.

Trolley

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Bourbon
Cranberry Juice
Pineapple Juice

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.

Trilby

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Orange Bitters

Instructions:
Stir well with ice.
Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
Cider

Instructions:
Pour Bourbon into highball glass over 2-3 ice cubes.
Fill with cider and stir.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
Hot Cider

Instructions:
Pour Bourbon into coffee cup or mug.
Fill with hot cider and stir.
Add cinnamon stick.

Soudan

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1 dash Orange Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Quickie

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Burbon
1 oz. Light Rum
1/4 oz. Triple Sec

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Peach Cobbler

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Southern Comfort
1-3 splashes Peach Brandy or Schnapps
3-5 splashes Lemon Sour Mix
1-3 dashes Simple Syrup
Fill glass with Soda Water or Sprite

Instructions:
In a highball glass add the ingredients, mix, and if you want add ice.

Nocturnal

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Cream

Instructions:
Shake with cracked ice.
Strain into old fashioned glass filled with ice.
