Cardinal Punch

Punch Ingredients:
2 Oz. Cranberry Juice
2 Oz. Ginger Ale
1/2 Oz. Lemon Juice
1 Oz. Orange Juice

Add all the juices into a glass half filled with ice, and add ginger ale. Add slices of orange and/or lemon to decorate.

Cafe Royale

1 oz bourbon
1 sugar cubes
4 oz hot coffee

Place sugar cube in warmed demitasse cups and fill almost full of hot coffee. Carefully float 1 oz of bourbon in cup, ignite, and flame for a few seconds. Stir with spoon to extinguish the flames.

Canadian Stone Fence

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz apple cider
1/2 oz triple sec
1 1/2 oz Canadian whiskey
1 tsp sugar syrup

Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Cranberry Collins

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz gin
1/2 oz cranberry juice
Club Soda
Juice of 1 small lime
Lime slice

In a highball glass filled with ice, stir the cranberry and lime juice. Top up with soda. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and garnish with a lime slice.

Cuban Cooler

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Rum
Ginger Ale
juice of 1/2 lemon

over 2 ice cubes into collins glass.
Drop in lemon shell.
Add Rum and fill with ginger ale.
Stir well.

Crocodile Cooler

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Citrus Vodka
3/4 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Melon Liqueur
2 oz Sour Mix
Lemon-Lime Soda

Pour first four ingredients into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with soda and stir well. Top with a pineapple wedge and a cherry on a paper umbrella or toothpick. Serve with a twisty straw.

Cuba Libre

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Dark Rum
Lime or Lemon wedge

Pour rum over ice cubes in a collins glass. Fill with cola and squeeze lime or lemon wedge into drink and drop into glass.


Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Cream dash Brandy

Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into champagne glass.

Creole Mama

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 1/2 oz Madeira
1 tsp Grenadine

Stir with ice and strain into a glass. Top with one green and one red cherry.


Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 dash Tabasco
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 cube Beef Bouillon
Salt and Pepper

Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into old fashioned glass filled with ice.
