Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Peach Brandy

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Cooperstown Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth

Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with a sprig of mint.

Continental

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 3/4 oz. Light Rum
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Green Creme de Menthe
1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with twist of lemon.

Connecticut Bullfrog

Cocktail Ingredients:
4 oz. Gin
1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Maple Syrup

Instructions:
Shake extremely well with cracked ice.
Pour into highball glass over ice cubes.

Combustible Edison

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 ounces brandy
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
In a shaker full of cracked ice, combine Campari and lemon juice.
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Heat brandy in a chafing dish.
When warm, ignite the brandy and pour in a flaming stream into the cocktail glass.

Colorado Bulldog

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Kahlua
3 oz. Cola

Instructions:
Add all to highball glass filled with ice.
Stir well.

Cold Ruby Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 quart Arrack
1 quart Port
1 quart Tea or Water
1 lb. Sugar
juice of 8 Lemons

Instructions:
Mix well with ice and serve.

Coffee Peenapopper

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz Coffee-flavored Brandy
3/4 oz White Creme de Menthe
3/4 oz Light Cream

Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass half filled with ice cubes.

Coffee Cooler

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Heavy Cream
4 oz. Iced Coffee
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 scoop Coffee Ice Cream

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but ice cream.
Strain into old fashioned glass.
Add scoop of ice cream.

Coffee Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Brandy
2 oz. Port
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 Fresh Egg

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Grate a little nutmeg on top.
