Apple Cider Sparkle

Punch Ingredients:
6 cups apple cider
2 cups cranberry/raspberry juice
1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine
1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions:
In punch bowl combine apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice. When ready to serve, add champagne. Chill with large ice blocks. Makes about about 15 servings of 6 ounces each.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
Champagne
1 tsp. Sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Instructions:
Shake all but Champagne well with cracked ice.
Strain over 2 ice cubes into collins glass.
Fill with chilled Champagne.
Stir gently.
Decorate with 1/2 slice of lemon and orange and a cherry.

Duke

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 tsp. Orange Juice
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Maraschino
1 Whole Egg
Chilled Champagne

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but champagne.
Strain into champagne flute. Fill with champagne.

Dragon Punch

Punch Ingredients:
Lemon slices
1/2 cup sugar
1 l. Ale
1 l. Porter
1 cup Amontillado
1 cup Brandy
2 750-ml. bottles Champagne

Instructions:
Put a block of ice in a chilled punch bowl and cover with lemons, evenly coating sugar onto the lemons. Add other ingredeints, adding the champagne just before serving. Serves about 35.

Diamond Fizz

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
1 tsp. Sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Champagne

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but champagne.
Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes.
Fill with chilled champagne.
Stir gently.

Christmas Punch

Punch Ingredients:
2 bottles Champagne
1 fifth Rum
1 fifth Whiskey
1 fifth Brandy
1/2 bottle Benedictine
1 quart Cold Tea
1 quart Orange Juice
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 tblsp. Angostura Bitters
1 Pineapple (sliced)

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in fruit juices in punch bowl.
Add all other ingredients except Champagne.
Mix well.
Add block of ice.
Just before serving add chilled Champagne and stir gently.

Champagne Velvet

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Porter
2 oz. Champagne

Instructions:
Stir slowly with a spoon and serve.

Champagne Spritzer

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Chambord
Chilled Champagne
Club Soda

Instructions:
Pour Chambord into wine glass.
Add splash of Champagne.
Fill with club soda.

Champagne Sour

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Champagne
2 dashes Lemon or Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into sour glass.
Decorate with 1/2 slice lemon or orange and a cherry.

Champagne Rainbow

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Cranberry Juice
2 scoops Rainbow Sherbet
1 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Champagne

Instructions:
Pour cranberry juice into glass. Blend sherbet, vodka, and schnapps until smooth. Pour blended ingredients over cranberry juice to produce swirl effect. Layer champagne on top.
