Champagne Punch

Punch Ingredients:
3 bottles Champagne
3 oz. Brandy
3 oz. Curacao
3 oz. Maraschino
2 litres Club Soda
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Water

Dissolve sugar, water and lemon juice in punch bowl.
Add Brandy, Maraschino and Curacao.
Mix well.
Add a block of ice.
Just before serving, pour in chilled club soda and champagne.
Stir gently.
Garnish with various sliced fruits and berries.

Champagne Flamingo

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 ounce Vodka
3/4 ounce Campari
5 ounces chilled Champagne

Shake Vodka and Campari with cracked ice.
Strain into a champagne flute and top with Champage.
Garnish with a zest of orange.

Champagne Cooler

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Triple Sec

Pour Brandy and Triple Sec into collins glass half filled with cracked ice.
Fill with chilled Champagne.
Stir gently.

Champagne Cobbler

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Sugar

Fill 10 oz. goblet (large wine glass) with shaved ice.
Add ingredients and stir.
Dress with assorted fruits and berries and add straw.

Champagne Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
6 ounces chilled Champagne
1 cube sugar Angostura Bitters

Soak sugar cube with Angostura bitters.
Place the cube in the bottom of a champagne flute.
Fill with champagne.
Garnish with a lemon twist

Bombey Punch

Punch Ingredients:
Juice from a dozen Lemons
1 750-ml. bottle of Cognac
1 750-ml. bottle of Dry Sherry
1/2 cup Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 cup Curacao
4 750-ml. bottles of Champagne
2 l. Club soda

Mix ingredients in a chilled punch bowl with a block of ice, adding champagne and club soda before serving.


Cocktail Ingredients:
3 parts Champagne
1 part Peach Schnapps

Put champagne and peach schnapps into a champagne glass.
