Zulu Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Cherry Brandy
2 dashes Bitters

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Vanity Fair Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur
1 tsp. Creme de Noyaux

Instructions:
Mix the Brandys and Cherry Liqueur with 1 oz. ice.
Pour into a cocktail glass and float Creme de Noyaux on top

Rose Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

Red Punch

Punch Ingredients:
3 bottles Chilled Red Wine
4 1/2 oz. Amaretto
4 1/2 oz. Brandy
4 1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
16 oz. Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Pour all but ginger ale over block of ice into punch bowl.
Refrigerate for one hour.
Right before serving add ginger ale and stir.
Garnish with toasted almonds.

Oogle Pop

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
Cola

Instructions:
Mix all but cola in collins glass over ice.
Fill with cola.
Top with cherry.

Nightmare

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Maderia
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
1 tsp. Orange Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Mardi Gras

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz White Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Tropical Schnapps
1/2 oz Rasbery Schnapps
1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
3 oz Fruit Punch Mix
1 splash lemon/lime soda

Instructions:
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the the soda, shake throughly, pour over ice into a hurricane glass, and then top with lemon/lime soda.

Ladyfinger

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Krischwasser
3/4 oz. Cherry Brandy

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Irish Shillelagh

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
1 tbsp Sloe Gin
1 tbsp Light Rum
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Sugar
Ice

Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with fresh raspberries, strawberries, a cherry, and peach slices.

Blood Red Sangria

Sangria Ingredients:
1 bottle red wine (Cheap)
12 oz. club soda
2 oz. cognac
3 tbs. warmed honey
4 sliced figs
1/2 cup red or black grapes, halved
1/2 cup pitted cherries

Instructions:
Combine the fruit in a large glass bowl, adding the cognac and honey until the honey is dissolved. Pour in the wine and stir gently. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours and as long as over night. When ready to serve, add the club soda and stir gently.
