Yard of Flannel

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 qt. Ale or Beer
4 oz. Rum
3 oz. Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Warm ale or beer over low heat.
In a seperate bowl mix the other ingredients and beat well.
Add ale or beer slowly to the mixture stirring constantly.
Pour into warmed mugs when mixture is creamy.

White Whale

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. 151-proof Rum
5 oz. Milk
dash of Cinnamon

Mix Milk and Rum.
Stir and add a dash of Cinnamon.

West Indian Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1/2 gallon Light Rum
1 bottle Creme de Banana
32 oz. Pineapple Juice
32 oz. Orange Juice
32 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Grated Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Grated Cloves
6 oz. Carbonated Water

Dissolve sugar and spices in carbonated water.
Pour into punch bowl over ice.
Add other ingredients.
Add sliced bananas.

Mexican Coffee

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Coffee Liqueur
1/4 oz. Cinnamon Sugar
1/4 oz Vanilla Extract
6 oz. Coffee (hot)

Combine all in coffee cup.
Stir until sugar has dissolved.
Top with whipped cream.

Jedi Mind Trick

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
1 oz. Irish Cream
1 oz. Melon Liqueur
Splash of Rum

Mix with ice in an old fashioned glass with ice. Splash rum on top of mixture.


Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Rum
1 Sugar Cube
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
3 Cloves Cinnamon Stick
Boiling Water

Combine all into coffee cup or mug.
Add boiling water.
Stir until sugar dissolves.

Apple Pie Martini

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1 oz part Cider
.5 oz part Cinnamon Schnapps
1 oz part Apple Juice

Shaken over Martini Glass. Garnish with Thai Orchid.


Cocktail Ingredients:
6 oz. red wine
1 tsp. honey
2 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
pinch of nutmeg

Mix all the ingredients and heat them in a saucepan.
Stir until honey is disolved.
Pour into a warm mug.

English Bishop

Punch Ingredients:
6 oranges
Brown Sugar
Whole cloves
4 Cinnamon sticks
1 750-ml. bottle of Dark Rum
1/2 gallon of Apple cider
Grated Nutmeg

Wet and coat oranges with sugar, then stud oranges with cloves. Put oranges in a pan and broil at 350 degrees in oven until juice begins to leave the oranges. Slice oranges into fourths and place in a heatproof punch bowl with more sugar and cinnamon. Add rum and light it on fire. Put out the fire after a few seconds with cider. Garnish with nutmeg. Serves about 24

Cinnamon Cola

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps

Pour schnapps into collins glass filled with ice.
Fill with favorite soda.
