West Indian Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1/2 gallon Light Rum
1 bottle Creme de Banana
32 oz. Pineapple Juice
32 oz. Orange Juice
32 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Grated Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Grated Cloves
6 oz. Carbonated Water

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar and spices in carbonated water.
Pour into punch bowl over ice.
Add other ingredients.
Stir.
Add sliced bananas.

Hot Toddy

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Bourbon
4 oz. Boiling Water
1 tsp. Sugar
3 Cloves
Cinnamon Stick
1 Lemon Slice

Instructions:
Place sugar, cinnamon, lemon slice into coffee cup.
Add 1 oz. boiling water and stir.
Let stand for a couple of minutes.
Add bourbon and rest of boiling water.
Stir well and sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Hot Buttered Rum

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Rum
1 tsp. Sugar
1 pat of Butter
2 Cloves
Boiling Water

Instructions:
Place sugar, Rum, and cloves in coffee cup or mug.
Fill with boiling water.
Add pat of butter and stir.

Good Night

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 gallon Beer
8 oz. Honey
few pinches Pepper, Cloves,
Ginger

Instructions:
Combine Beer and honey in saucepan and heat until honey is dissolved.
Place spices in infuser and steep them in beer overnight.
Serve hot in beer mugs.

Gluewein

Cocktail Ingredients:
6 oz. red wine
1 tsp. honey
2 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
pinch of nutmeg

Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients and heat them in a saucepan.
Stir until honey is disolved.
Pour into a warm mug.
