Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice

Instructions:
Blend with 4 oz. cracked ice until smooth.
Pour into highball glass.

Dandy

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet
3 dashes Cointreau
dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Daisy Duke

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Simple Syrup
5 drops Cointreau
1/2 cup ice
Club Soda

Instructions:
Shake the first four ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass. Add the ice and fill with soda. Top with fruit slices.

Cosmopolitan

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Instructions:
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with lots of ice. Shake vigorously for several seconds and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

Chiquita Cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Light Cream

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz Grand Marnier
4 oz Hot Coffee

Instructions:
Pour cognac and liqueurs in a coffee mug. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream and orange zest.

Cable Car

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz Rum
1 oz Cointreau
1/3 ounce lemon Juice

Instructions:
mix in highball glass with ice.

Buddha Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 pt. Rhine Wine
1 cup Light Rum
1 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/2 cup Cointreau
1/2 oz. Kirshwasser
1 oz. Sugar syrup
1 750-ml. Champagne
Lime Slices

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a chilled punch bowl, with a block of ice. Add champagne before serving. Garnish with lime slices.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Cointreau
.75 cup crushed Ice
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 oz Rum

Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with crushed ice.
Add liquid ingredients.
Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with
ice cubes or use as a shooter.

Barbella

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Sambuca

Instructions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
