Coffee Alexander

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
1 oz. Cream

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Climax

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 oz. Cream

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Chocolate Coffee Kiss

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz Irish Cream
1 splash Brown Creme de Cocoa
1 splash Grand Marnier
1 1/2 oz Chocolate Syrup
Hot Coffee

Instructions:
Pour liqueurs and chocolate syrup into a coffee mug and fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and a cherry.

Chocolate Banana

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz Creme de banana
1 1/4 oz Creme de cacao
Fill with Milk

Instructions:
Fill Glass with ice.
Add Creme de Banana to glass.
Add Creme de Cacao to glass.
Fill glass with milk.

Chocolate Almond Cream

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 qt Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup Amaretto
1/2 cup White Creme de Cacao

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Lay shaved chocolate curls on top. Makes about 5 servings.

Chocolate Banana Martini

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 parts Vodka
1 part light Creme de cacao
1 part Banana liqueur

Instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ingredients, stir and pour into chilled martini glass.
Add Hershey’s kiss for a garnish.

Cherry Tool Box

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz Half and Half
1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Amaretto
6 Maraschino Cherries
1/2 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add a cherry on top.

Cherry Bomb

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Creme de cacao
3/4 oz Grenadine

Instructions:
Serve as a shot or on the rocks.

Capri

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz white Creme de cacao
3/4 oz Creme de banana
3/4 oz Light cream

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.

Candy Cane

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz Peppermint schnapps
3/4 oz Creme de cacao
1/4 oz Grenadine
Half-and-half
Lemon-Lime Soda

Instructions:
In highball glass filled with ice, combine peppermint schnapps, white creme de cacao & grenadine.
Fill glass with half-and-half.
Top with Lemon-Lime Soda.
Garnish with a small candycane or filbert nuts.
