Pink Panther

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Cream de Cassis
1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1 Egg White

Shake well with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.


Cocktail Ingredients:
White Wine
4-5 drops Creme de Cassis

Fill wine glass 3/4 with wine.
Add cream de cassis.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Frozen Black Current

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Creme de Cassis
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 tsp. Brandy

Mix with 3 oz. ice in electric blender until smooth.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.
