Pimm’s cup

Cocktail Ingredients:

2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1 Liqueur
3 ounces ginger ale
Cucumber slice
Lemon slice

Pour Pimm’s into a Collins glass and fill with ice.
Top with chilled ginger ale; garnish with slice of lemon and a slice of cucumber.

Beef and Bourbon

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz.Bourbon
4 oz. beef Consomme or bouillon
1/2 tsp Juice of Lemon
Worcestershire sauce
Celery seed or celery salt
Cucumber sticks

Stir everything together except cucumber in glass with ice and garnish with cucumber sticks

Beau Rivage

Cocktail Recipe:
1 1/2 oz.Vodka
1 tsp. Sugar Syrup
1 tsp. Pernod
1 cucumber slice

Mix everything, except cucumber, with cracked ice in shaker and pour into glass. Decorate with cucumber slice
