Whiskey Crusta

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
3 dashes Gum Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Lemon Juice
2 dashes Maraschino
2 dashes Curacoa

Instructions:
Using a lemon, peel the rind from it all in one piece.
Fit the rind into the glass, covering the entire inside.
Run a slice of lemon around the edge, and dip the glass into powdered sugar.
Shake well with shaved ice and strain into glass.

Whiskey Cobbler

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
1/2 oz. Curacoa
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Fill wine glass with shaved ice.
Add ingredients and stir.
Dress with assorted fruits and berries and add straw.

Tip Top Punch

Punch Ingredients:
1 bottle Champagne
2 bottles Soda Water
1 1/2 oz. Curacoa
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 slice Pineapple (finely sliced)

Instructions:
Mix together in small punch bowl.
Serves 5.

Rum Daisy

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 tspn. Sugar
2 dashes Curacoa
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
2 dashes Orange Cordial

Instructions:
Shake well without ice.
Pour into cocktail glass containing shaved ice.
Stir with a spoon.
Dress with fruits and a sprig of mint.

Gin Daisy

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 tspn. Powdered Syrup
2 dashes Curacoa
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
2 dashes Orange Cordial

Instructions:
Shake well without ice.
Pour into cocktail glass containing shaved ice.
Stir with a spoon.
Dress with fruits and a sprig of mint.

Fancy Whiskey

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Blended Whiskey
2 dashes Curacoa
2 dashes Bitters
1/4 tsp. Sugar

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Add a squirt of Champagne to taste.

Fancy Brandy

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
2 dashes Curacoa
2 dashes Bitters
1/4 tsp. Powdered Sugar

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.
