Shake well with cracked ice all but champagne.
Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes.
Fill with chilled champagne.

3/4 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
3 part Pineapple Juice
1 splash Lemon/lime soda
Instructions:
Mix the Rums, liqueur, and pineapple juice with ice, shake, and strain.
Then add the splash of lemon/lime soda.
Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gold Rum
1 oz. Vodka
2 tsp. Lime Juice
2 tsp. Grenadine
1 tsp. Apricot Liqueur
Instructions:
Mix in blender with 3 oz. crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into cocktail glass.
Garnish with twist of lime.
