Jamaican Banana

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz. Half and Half
1 Whole Banana

Instructions:
Blend until smooth and pour into brandy snifter.
Garnish with strawberries, banana slices and nutmeg.

Isle of Coconut

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. White Rum
2 tsp. Cream of Coconut
2 tsp. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Sugar Syrup

Instructions:
Mix all in blender with 3 oz. crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into collins glass.
Add slices of coconut.

Irish Dream

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
1/2 oz Irish Cream
3/4 oz Brown Creme de Cacao
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup Ice
1 tbsp Chocolate Sprinkles

Instructions:
Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.

Iced Brandy

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
2 scoops French Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions:
Blend all with 2 oz. shaved ice until smooth.
Pour into brandy snifter.
Garnish with shaved sweet chocolate.

Hong Kong Suicide

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Galliano
1 oz. Cointreau
1 Scoop of Orange sherbet

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a blender and pour into a chilled parfait glass.

Gulf Breeze

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Blue Curacao
3 oz Champagne
1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Brandy
6 oz Lemonade
1 oz Lime Juice
1 cup Ice

Instructions:
Blend until smooth. Pour into sugar-rimmed glass. Top with a strawberry.

Gaelic Storm Brew

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz Irish Cream
1 1/2 oz Brown Creme de Cacao
1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp Instant Coffee

Instructions:
Blend ingredients until smooth. Top with whipped cream, a cherry and sprinkles or a few drops of green creme de menthe.

Fruit Splash

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
1/3 cup Cherry-flavored Brandy
1/3 cup Creme de Banana

Instructions:
Blend until smooth.

Frozen Passion Fruit

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
2 tsp. Lime Juice
2 tsp. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Mix with 3 oz. ice in electric blender until smooth.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

Frozen Mint Daiquiri

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz Light Rum
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1 tsp Sugar
1 cup Ice

Instructions:
Blend until smooth.
