Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
3/4 oz. Galliano
1/2 oz. Pernod

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Ice Palace

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Galliano
1/2 Apricot Brandy
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with ice.
Strain into a collins glass and add ice.
Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.

Hong Kong Suicide

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Galliano
1 oz. Cointreau
1 Scoop of Orange sherbet

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a blender and pour into a chilled parfait glass.

Harvey Wallbanger

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
4 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Galliano

Instructions:
Add Vodka and orange juice into collins glass filled with ice.
Stir.
Float Galliano on top.

Autumn Leaf

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz crème de menthe
1/2 oz Galliano

Instructions:
Start with a layer of creme de menthe, add a layer of Galliano and top with a layer of dark brandy. Add a sprinkling of nutmeg.

Goldfinger

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Galliano
1 part lemon-lime soda
1 part Orange Juice

Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add Brandy, Triple Sec, and galliano and fill the remainder with 7 up and orange juice.
Stir it and drink.

Creamsicle

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz Galliano
1/2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Whipped Cream

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a shot glass and drink.

California Root

Cocktail Ingredients:
Beer
1 oz. Galliano
1 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. Club Soda
1 oz. Cola

Instructions:
Pour liqueurs into old fashioned glass filled with ice.
Add club soda and cola.
Stir will.

Banana Italiano

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz.Galliano
1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
1 oz. Cream

Directions:
Mix everything with some ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled champagne glass.
