Tom Collins

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
Club Soda

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda.
Strain over 3 ice cubes into collins glass.
Fill with club soda and stir gently.
Decorate with 1/2 slice of orange.

Tidbit

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Gin
2-3 drops Dry Sherry
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Instructions:
Blend ingredients at low speed until smooth.
Pour into a highball glass.

Thunderclap

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Blended Whiskey
3/4 oz. Brandy

Instructions:
Stir well with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

Third Degree

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 tsp. Anis

Instructions:
Stir well with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

Starboard

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
2 tbsp. Green Creme de Menthe

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into old fashioned glass over ice.

St. Lou

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Clavados
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar Syrup

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Spencer

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 tbsp. Apricot Brandy
2-3 dashes Bitters
2-3 dashes Orange Juice

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Snowball

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Anisette
1 tbsp. Light Cream

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Skip & Go Naked

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
4 oz. Cold Beer
2 oz. Sour Mix
1 dash Grenadine

Instructions:
Mix ingredents in highball glass.
Stir well.

Singapore Sling

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
1 tsp. Sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Carbonated Water

Instructions:
Shake lemon, sugar and Gin with ice and strain into collins glass over ice.
Fill with carbonated water.
Float Cherry Brandy on top.
Garnish with fruits and serve with a straw.
