The boy version of a Shirley Temple.

Drink Ingredients:
4 To 6 Oz. Ginger Ale
1 Oz. Grenadine
1 Oz. Lime Juice
Maraschino Cherry
Orange Slice

Instructions:
Pour ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Granish with cherry and orange slice.

Cardinal Punch

Punch Ingredients:
2 Oz. Cranberry Juice
2 Oz. Ginger Ale
1/2 Oz. Lemon Juice
1 Oz. Orange Juice

Instructions:
Add all the juices into a glass half filled with ice, and add ginger ale. Add slices of orange and/or lemon to decorate.

Gingersnap

Cocktail Ingredients:
3 oz vodka
1/2 oz ginger wine
Club soda

Instructions:
Combine vodka and ginger wine with several ice cubes in a double old-fashioned glass. Fill with soda and stir gently.

Good Night

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 gallon Beer
8 oz. Honey
few pinches Pepper, Cloves,
Ginger

Instructions:
Combine Beer and honey in saucepan and heat until honey is dissolved.
Place spices in infuser and steep them in beer overnight.
Serve hot in beer mugs.

Gilligan’s Island

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 shot Spiced Rum
Fill glass with Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Mix it and drink.

Fog Horn

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Pour into a glass 2/3 full of ice cubes. Fill with ginger ale. Stir well. Top with a slice of lime.

English Mule

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
3 oz. Ginger Wine
2 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
Club Soda
Ginger

Instructions:
Combine all but soda and ginger with ice.
Shake well and strain into collins glass.
Add ice and fill with club soda.
Decorate with ginger.

Cuban Ginger

I’m a big bourbon and ginger ale fan and never really thought rum and ginger ale would go together, boy was I wrong! A simple cocktail to enjoy.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz apple liqueur
2 oz dark rum
ginger ale

Directions:
In a tall glass (mojito glass) add ice cubes, apple liqueur, rum and top off with ginger all. Stir.

Seven Sinful Years

A distinguished daiquiri with a little bite. Make with a nice dark rum, I prefer El Dorado 15yr.

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz dark rum
2 thin slices of ginger
1 oz light rum
1 oz dry orange curacao
Juice of half a lime
Dash of Angostura bitters

Directions:
In a Boston shaker buddle ginger with a dash of sugar water. Add all ingredients and shake well until frost forms on the glass. Strain into a pre-chilled Daiquiri glass and garnish with a slice of crystalized ginger and a lime wheel.
