Highland Cooler

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz Scotch
1/2 tsp Sugar
2 oz Club Soda

Instructions:
IcePut sugar and 2 oz club soda into a glass. Stir and add ice cubes and scotch. Fill with club soda and stir.

Highland Cocktail

1 ounce scotch whiskey
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters

Instructions:
Stir with cracked ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Highball

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
Club Soda or Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Pour Bourbon over 2 ice cubes into highball glass.
Fill with club soda or ginger ale.
Stir gently.
A twist of lemon peel may be added if desired.

Hermosa

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz Orange flavored vodka
4 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz lemon lime soda

Add vodka, then fill the glass with cranberry juice and add a splash of lemon lime soda.

Hemingway Daiquiri

Ernest Hemingway was a cocktail aficionado who had this drink named after him in 1921 in Havana, Cuba. Hemingway preferred the drink without sugar, you decide what you like!

3 oz Chilled Sparkling Wine

Instructions:
Pour scotch and liqueur into a champagne glass. Top with sparkling wine and add a strawberry.

Headless Horseman

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Vodka
3 dashes Bitters
Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Pour Vodka and Bitters into collins glass over ice.
Fill with ginger ale and stir.
Garnish with orange slice.

Hazy Shade of Winter

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Rye

Instructions:
Combine in old fashioned glass over ice.
Stir well.
