Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Blended Whiskey
Ginger Ale
1 Lemon Peel

Instructions:
Rind of whole lemon and drop into collins glass with end hanging over side of glass.
Fill with ice cubes.
Add whiskey and fill with ginger ale.
Stir well.
