Cupid’s Kiss

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Irish Cream
1/2 oz. dark creme de cocoa
1 oz. amaretto
Hot chocolate
Whipped Cream
Hershey’s Kiss

Instructions:
Pour all of the alcohol in a mug and top with hot chocolate. Add whipped cream to the top and garnish with the Hershey’s Kiss

Snow Cap

Cocktail Ingredients:

1 oz Kahlua Peppermint Mocha
1 oz Vanilla vodka
1 oz hot chocolate

Instructions:

Mix ingredients together in tall glass coffee cup, top with whipped cream.

Coquito

Cocktail Ingredients:

2 egg yolks, beaten
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (14 ounce) can cream of coconut
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup white rum
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a double boiler, combine egg yolks and evaporated milk. Stirring constantly, cook over lightly simmering water until mixture reaches a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). The mixture should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Transfer mixture to a blender, and add cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, water, cloves, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into glass bottles, and chill overnight.

Ginger Spice Toddy

Cocktail Ingredients:

1 oz Bourbon
1 Tbsp Honey
1-2 Tbsp Ginger Syrup
Splash Orange Bitters
Splash Benedictine
Lemon

Instructions:
Pour honey in bottom of a mug or Irish coffee glass. Add bourbon, ginger syrup, bitters and benedictine. Heat water till hot, but not boiling. Pour water in with other ingredients and enjoy.

Yard of Flannel

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 qt. Ale or Beer
4 oz. Rum
3 oz. Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions:
Warm ale or beer over low heat.
In a seperate bowl mix the other ingredients and beat well.
Add ale or beer slowly to the mixture stirring constantly.
Pour into warmed mugs when mixture is creamy.

Whiskey Toddy (hot)

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
1 sliced Lemon
1 lump Sugar
4 oz. Boiling Water

Instructions:
Combine and stir well.
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, add cloves and cinnamon stick.

Whiskey Sling (hot)

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Whiskey
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Hot Water
Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice.
Add Whiskey.
Pour into old fashioned glass.
Stir.
Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.

Whaler’s Toddy (hot)

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Rum
4 oz. Boiling Water
1 tsp. Sugar

Instructions:
Combine and stir well.
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, add cloves and cinnamon stick.

Vodka Sling (hot)

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Vodka
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Hot Water
Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice.
Add Vodka.
Pour into old fashioned glass.
Stir.
Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.

Virginia Nightcap

Cocktail Ingredients:
6 oz. Cognac
1 pint Hard Cider
1 oz. Sugar Cloves

Instructions:
Crush about 2 dozen cloves into a fine powder and combine with sugar in saucepan.
Add the Cognac and Cider.
Heat until just under boiling.
Serve in coffee cups or mugs.
