Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Brandy
1 Egg
1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup
Hot Milk

Instructions:
Separate egg, beating yolk and white separately.
Fold and combine with sugar syrup in heat resistant mug.
And Rum and Brandy.
Stir.
Add milk and garnish with nutmeg.

Stone Fence (hot)

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
Hot Cider

Instructions:
Pour Bourbon into coffee cup or mug.
Fill with hot cider and stir.
Add cinnamon stick.

Scottish Coffee

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Drambuie
Hot Coffee

Instructions:
Pour Drambuie into coffee cup.
Add coffee.
Top with whipped cream.

Peppermint Chocolate

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
Hot Chocolate
Whipped Cream

Instructions:
Pour into mug.
Top with whipped cream.

Mocha Cappuccino

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Kahlua
3/4 oz. Creme de Cacao
Hot Espresso
Milk

Instructions:
Pour cup half full with hot espresso.
Add Kahlua and Creme de Cacao.
Top with milk and stir lightly.
Grate chocolate and cinnamon on top.

Mexican Coffee

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Coffee Liqueur
1/4 oz. Cinnamon Sugar
1/4 oz Vanilla Extract
6 oz. Coffee (hot)

Instructions:
Combine all in coffee cup.
Stir until sugar has dissolved.
Top with whipped cream.

Kioki Coffee

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Brandy
3/4 oz. Kahlua
Hot Coffee

Instructions:
Pour Brandy and Kahlua into mug.
Fill with coffee.
Top with wipped cream.

Kentucky Toddy (hot)

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Burbon
1 sliced Lemon
1 lump Sugar
4 oz.
Boiling Water

Instructions:
Combine and stir well.
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, add cloves and cinnamon stick.

Kentucky Coffee

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Bourbon
Hot Coffee

Instructions:
Pour Bourbon into coffee cup. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream.

Jamaican Coffee

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Rum
3/4 oz. Tia Maria
Hot Coffee

Instructions:
Pour Rum and Tia Maria into coffee cup.
Add coffee.
Top with whipped cream.
