Gin Toddy (hot)

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz.Gin
1 sliced Lemon
1 lump Sugar
4 oz. Boiling Water

Instructions:
Combine and stir well.
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, add cloves and cinnamon stick.

Doublemint

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
Hot Coffee
1 splash Green Creme de Menthe

Instructions:
Pour schnapps into coffee mug. Add coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream. Add a few drops green creme de menthe for color.

Chocolate Coffee Kiss

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz Irish Cream
1 splash Brown Creme de Cocoa
1 splash Grand Marnier
1 1/2 oz Chocolate Syrup
Hot Coffee

Instructions:
Pour liqueurs and chocolate syrup into a coffee mug and fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and a cherry.

Caparico

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz Brandy
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 oz Creme de Cafe
1 oz Amaretto
Hot Coffee

Instructions:
Put sugar in bottom of a mug that has had its rim dipped in cinnamon sugar. Add brandy and liqueurs. Fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream, toasted almond slices, and a cherry.

Cafe Zurich

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Anisette
1 1/2 oz. Cognac
1/2 oz. Amaretto
Hot Coffee

Instructions:
1 tsp Honey Espresso Pour liqueurs into coffee cup.
Add coffee.
Stir well.
Float honey on top.
Stir again.
Top with whipped cream.

Apple Sauce

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 Vodka
5 oz. Sparkling Apple Cider
1 Pinch Cinnamon

Directions:
Cold: Add the vodka into a highball glass with ice, add the apple cider and the pinch of cinnamon.

Hot: Heat the cider in a sauce pan over a low flame, don’t bring to broil, pour into a mug, stir, add the vodka and cinnamon.
