Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
2 scoops French Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions:
Blend all with 2 oz. shaved ice until smooth.
Pour into brandy snifter.
Garnish with shaved sweet chocolate.
