Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
1/2 oz Irish Cream
3/4 oz Brown Creme de Cacao
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup Ice
1 tbsp Chocolate Sprinkles
Instructions:
Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
