Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Sweet  Sherry
2 oz Bourbon
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Splash of fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
Combine all in a mixing glass with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 pint Chocolate Sorbet
4 oz Peppermint Schnapps (100 Proof)

Instructions:
This is a frozen drink, blend the ingredients together, and drink.

1 1/2 oz. Rye
2 tsp. Lime Juice
2 tsp. Benedictine
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 oz. Cream

Instructions:
Shake well with ice.
Strain into an old fashioned glass.

Jungle Jane

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 splash Sour Mix
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Ice

Instructions:
Pour into a glass 2/3 full of ice. Top with an orange wheel, a slice of banana, and a cherry.

June Bug

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 shot Banana Liqueur
1 shot Melon Liqueur
1 shot Coconut Rum
1 shot Maraschino Cherry Juice
1 shot Sweet & Sour Mix
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 Maraschino Cherry

Instructions:
Mix all in glass on ice and serve

1 oz. Itilian Vermouth
1 oz. French Vermouth

3/4 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Peach Brandy
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
Juice of 1/4 Lime

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Light Rum
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
dash Grenadine

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Jolly Rancher

Shooter Ingredients:
2 parts Peach Schnapps
1 part Apple Schnapps
1 part Grenadine

Instructions:
In an old fashioned glass, fill it 1/2 way with Peach Schnapps, 1/4 with apple
schnapps, and then the rest with grenadine.
Best served chilled.
