Club Soda
Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda.
Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes.
Fill with chilled club soda.
Stir gently.

1 scoop Lemon, Orange, or Rainbow Sherbert
1 oz Triple Sec
Club Soda
Instructions:
Add Brandy, Triple Sec, and Sherbert to a glass. Fill with club soda and stir. Top with grated nutmeg.

1 oz Light Rum
1 1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 splash Grenadine
Ice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except grenadine in a mixing glass. Stir well. Pour into a glass, and float grenadine on top. Top with a cherry.

Hot Coffee
Instructions:
Pour Rum and Tia Maria into coffee cup.
Add coffee.
Top with whipped cream.

Blend until smooth and pour into brandy snifter.
Garnish with strawberries, banana slices and nutmeg.
