Christmas Mule

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Cranberry Rum
Top with Ginger Beer
Lime wedge
Fresh cranberries

Instructions:
Pour cranberry rum into a collins glass, fill with ginger beer, stir and garnish with lime wedge and cranberries.

Ginger & Cilantro Mule

Cocktail Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Anejo tequila
1 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger liqueur
1 tsp. Agave
1/2 oz. lime juice
2 tsp. ginger simple syrup
Cilantro
Ginger root
Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Muddle cilantro, ginger root and simple syrup in glass. mix all ingredients except ginger ale in a Boston shaker. Strain into an old fashioned glass and top with ginger ale and garnish with a lime wedge.

Cilantro-Mango Margarita

Cocktail Ingredients:
3 slices fresh, ripe mango
Pinch of ground chili pepper
2 slices fresh lime
4 sprigs of cilantro
Crushed ice
1.5 oz tequila
Splash orange juice

Instructions:
Muddle mango, chili pepper, cilantro and lime together then add tequila. Shake and serve with a lime garnish.

Irish Ale Cocktail

The Irish version of a Moscow Mule:

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Irish Whiskey
3 lime wedges
3 oz. Ginger Beer

Instructions:
In a highball glass pour Irish Whiskey over ice, squeeze lime and top with ginger beer.

Peach Tea

Cocktail Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
4 1/2 oz. unsweetened iced tea
2 1/4 oz. ginger syrup
1 1/2 oz. peach schnapps or peach nectar
Juice of lime wedge
1 fresh peach slice

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and mix. Fill a tumbler up with ice and fill with cocktail. Garnish with a peach wedge and enjoy.

Cranberry Ginger Margarita

Cocktail Ingredients:

3 oz of cranberry juice cocktail
1 1/2 oz of tequila
1 1/2 oz of ginger liqueur
juice of half a lime

Instructions:

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice & pour into a salted martini glass. Garnish with chopped cranberries & a sliver of crystalized ginger.

Cranberry Bourbon Spritz

Cocktail Ingredients:

2 ounces bourbon
2 ounces cranberry juice
1/4 tsp agave nectar
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Ginger Ale

Instructions:
Add bourbon, cranberry and agave in a rocks glass and stir gently to mix and chill. Top off with ginger ale and garnish with a lime wedge.

Bloody Rum Punch

This is a take on a traditional Sangria but the darkness gives it the perfect blood color making it a Halloween party must. As with most Sangria’s, prepare this a couple of hours in advance to allow all of the ingredients and flavors to come together nicely. Feel free to decorate it to make it spooky!

Punch Ingredients:
1 750ml bottle of rum
1/2 bottle red wine
6 oz. fresh lime juice
6 oz. triple sec liqueur
6 oz. simple syrup
2 limes sliced in thin wheels
2 red oranges sliced in thin wheels

Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a large punch bowl & place in the refrigerator two hours before serving. Serve over ice in a punch glass.

Wild Irish Rose

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
1 1/2 oz. Grenadine
1/2 oz. Lime juice
Club soda

Instructions:
Fill highball glass with ice.
Add all ingredients except club soda and stir.
Fill with club soda.

White Rose

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Gin
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 tsp. Lime Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar Syrup
1/2 Egg White

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
