Tequila Sunrise

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
2 dashes Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Orange Juice

Instructions:
Fill highball glass with ice.
Add Tequila, lime juice and orange juice.
Stir.
Float grenadine, it will sink to give sunrise effect.

Tequila Popper

Shot Ingredients:
1 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Lemon Lime Soda

Instructions:
Layer ingredient in shot glass.
Cover the top of the glass and slam it down against the table.
Drink immediately.
Shake head vigorously.

Tequila Matador

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
Juice of 1/2 Lime

Instructions:
Shake with cracked ice.
Strain into a champagne flute.

Tahiti Club

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 oz. Light Rum
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Pineapple Juice
1/2 tsp. Maraschino

Instructions:
Shake well with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Strawberry Smoothie

Smoothie Ingredients:
8 oz. Orange Juice (cold)
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Strawberries
Lime

Instructions:
Combine in blender.
Blend at low speed.
Garnish with assorted fruit.

Strawberry Margarita

Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Tequila
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
3/4 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur

Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice.
Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lime or lemon.
Dip rim in salt.
Strain into cocktail glass.

Strawberry Daiquiri

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz Strawberry Schnapps
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1 tsp. Sugar
1 oz. fresh or frozen Strawberries

Instructions:
Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

Sloe Gin Rickey

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Club Soda

Instructions:
Squeeze juice of 1/2 lime over 2 ice cubes in highball glass and drop in lime shell.
Add Sloe Gin and fill with club soda.
Stir gently.

Slimeball

Shooter Ingredients:
1/2 cup Melon Liqueur
1/2 cup Vodka
Lime Jell-O

Instructions:
Prepare gelitan to package directions adding Melon Liqueur and Vodka.
After chilled, cut into cubes and serve in paper souffle cups.

Shark’s Tooth

Cocktail Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Grenadine
Club Soda

Instructions:
Shake well with ice.
Strain into a highball glass.
Top with club soda.
